§ 1.2. Appointment.

Members of the Tulsa Airport Authority serving as of the effective date of this amended Charter shall continue to serve until the expiration of their respective terms. Upon the expiration of the terms of such members, appointments shall be made for terms of four (4) years. Appointed members of the Tulsa Airport Authority shall be qualified electors of the city, shall serve without compensation, and shall not hold or be candidates for an elective public office.
