§ 2.1. Tulsa utility board created.

There is hereby created an agency of the City of Tulsa to be known as the Tulsa Utility Board which shall consist of the Mayor and six (6) members appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the entire membership of the Council.
