§ 2.10. Bond proceeds and appropriations.

The Tulsa Utility Board shall administer the proceeds of all waterworks, sanitary sewer, and sewage disposal system bonds voted, issued, and sold and over all funds appropriated by the Council for the construction, reconstruction, extension, improvement, repair, maintenance, and operation of the waterworks system and system of sanitary sewers and sewage disposal plants, all subject to the approval of the Mayor.
