§ 3.2. Appointment.

Members of the Tulsa Park and Recreation Board serving as of the effective date of this amended Charter shall continue to serve until the expiration of their respective terms. Upon the expiration of the terms of such members of the Tulsa Park and Recreation Board, appointments shall be made for terms of four (4) years. Appointed members of the Tulsa Park and Recreation Board shall be qualified electors of the city, shall serve without compensation, and shall not hold or be candidates for an elective public office.
