§ 3.3. Representative of the mayor.

The Mayor may authorize an officer or employee of the city to attend meetings of the Tulsa Park and Recreation Board as the representative of the Mayor and such officer or employee shall be empowered to act and vote as a member of the Tulsa Park and Recreation Board.
