§ 21. Continuance of officers and employees.

All members of boards, commissions, authorities, and agencies created by ordinance at the effective date of this amended Charter shall continue to hold their offices and shall continue to perform their duties until their terms expire or until other provisions are made by ordinance. All employees of the city at the effective date of this amended Charter shall continue to hold their positions, subject to the provisions of Articles X and XI hereof.
