§ 100. Purpose.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Solid Waste Management Act, 63 O.S., §§ 2251 et seq., as amended and renumbered to 27A O.S. §§ 2-10-101 et seq., the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, does hereby adopt the ordinances governing the system for the management of solid waste within the municipal corporate limits of the City.
