§ 104. Rules and regulations.

The Director shall formulate operational rules and regulations applicable to solid waste service providers and may adopt or amend such rules and regulations not inconsistent with this title as needed for the management of all solid waste within the jurisdiction and control of the City. Such operational rules and regulations thereafter shall be kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
