§ 106. Unlawful storage of solid waste.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to store or to accumulate solid waste in a manner which allows the solid waste to be carried by wind, rain, or other atmospheric condition from property owned or controlled by that person onto the property of another person or onto public property.
