§ 108. Scavenging prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person not authorized by the City or the authority to remove, collect or disturb the solid waste, program recyclable materials or bulky waste set out for collection and disposal by the authority. This prohibition does not apply to law enforcement officers acting within the scope of their official duties.
