§ 211. Missed collection.
In the event the collections contractor fails to perform a regularly scheduled collection of residential solid waste, program recyclable materials, curbside yard waste, or bulky waste, the owner and/or person in control of a residential service unit must call the City to report such missed pick-up after 8:00 p.m. on their service day and before 5:00 p.m. of the working day following the collection day.
An owner or person in control of a residential service unit who fails to report a missed collection by the time stated above must properly store all carts or bags until the next regularly scheduled collection day for that residential service unit.
