§ 212. Household pollutants collection facility.

The City shall administer, maintain and operate a facility for the collection and disposal of household pollutants delivered by residents of the City of Tulsa and by residents of surrounding municipalities and unincorporated areas, all in accordance with the Director's rules and regulations. The City shall provide TARE regular periodic reports on the operation of such facility.
