§ 308. Maintenance bond for construction and demolition landfill permit.

Prior to the issuance of a construction and demolition landfill permit, the applicant shall submit to the Department of Finance of the City of Tulsa a maintenance bond in the basic sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per acre of the landfill site. Such bond shall be conditioned on the landfill site's being operated in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. It shall be kept in full force and effect during the term of the permit and for two (2) years following the completion of the operation of the construction and demolition landfill site. It shall inure to the benefit of the City. Surety on the maintenance bond shall be a company authorized to do business in the State.
