§ 310. Exemption.

A.

Governmental units. A county or municipal government, agency of the State or agency of the federal government shall not be required to pay a permit fee or to obtain a maintenance bond.

B.

City or town lot. A small area covering less than seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet, commonly known as a city or town lot, shall not be required to secure a permit or maintenance bond. However, such area shall be subject to the standards of these regulations and shall be governed thereby.
