§ 402. Receptacles to be provided for employees and for vendors, suppliers and contractors.

A.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person serving in the capacity of an employer to fail to provide such person's employees, at any location within the City of Tulsa where such person carries on any portion of a business through employees, with sufficient receptacles for the deposit and containment of the solid waste generated by the employees incidental to the employment.

B.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person owning, operating, managing or having supervisory control of any commercial establishment or place of business or any operation to fail to provide in the area of the establishment or operation sufficient receptacles for the deposit and containment of the solid waste generated by vendors, suppliers or contractors of the establishment.
