§ 605. Licensing requirements.

The following license requirements shall be in accordance with and governed by the Director's rules and regulations authorized by this title:

A.

License application;

B.

Approval for license issuance, insurance required;

C.

License types and fees;

D.

License denial, cancellation, suspension or revocation; and

E.

Procedure for license denial, cancellation, suspension or revocation and appeal.
