§ 800. Scope.

Duly authorized inspectors of the City's Department of Streets and Stormwater shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this title, the rules and regulations authorized by this title, and in addition, the provisions of Title 24 (Nuisances) which are pertinent to the proper management of solid waste.
