§ 1209. Appeals.

  • An appeal may be taken to the Mayor, or his/her designee, by any person aggrieved, where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by any person in the enforcement of this chapter. The appeal must be presented upon written request to the Mayor, or his/her designee. The Mayor, or his/her designee, shall render a decision within ten (10) working days. A response from the Mayor, or his/her designee, shall be made in writing, and shall be supported by written findings establishing the reasonableness of the decision. Appeal of any decisions made by the Mayor, or his/her designee, shall be made to the City Council.
