§ 101. Public Works Department.

Latest version.

There is hereby created a Public Works Department of the City of Tulsa whose responsibilities shall include engineering, management of waterworks and sewerage, stormwater management, solid waste management, transportation, street maintenance, traffic engineering, protective inspections, facilities maintenance and such other responsibilities as may be assigned to the department.
