§ 109. Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided herein, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), including costs, for each and every separate offense. Each day a violation is continued shall constitute a separate offense.
