§ 402. Obtaining plans.

The Director shall supply to any person requesting them copies of the plans, estimates, specifications, form of contract and bond and proposals for all public improvement projects assigned to his jurisdiction, provided that the person requesting such copies deposits with the City the estimated cost of reproduction, which deposit shall be refunded to the depositor upon the return of all plans, estimates and specifications.
