§ 403. Permit and inspection fees waived.

No fee for zoning clearance, building, electrical, mechanical or plumbing permit or inspection shall be collected by the City on any public work or improvement performed by or for any city, county, state or federal governmental entity; provided, however, that this exemption shall apply only to such permits or certificates issued directly to the governmental entity involved, and it shall not constitute a waiver of any provision in these Revised Ordinances which requires the issuance of such permits or the performance of specified inspections.
