§ 600. Streets previously paved.

In particular instances when no ordinances establishing grades have been passed and approved by the governing body of the City, but when particular streets, avenues or alleys have been previously paved, the grades shall be deemed to have been established on the plane indicated by the profiles of the Director which have been adopted and approved for the purpose of the paving of the particular streets, avenues or alleys.
