§ 301. Policy statement and policy goals.

A.

The City of Tulsa is committed to a policy of efficient use of its assets for the benefit of its citizens, specifically including its motor vehicles.

B.

It is the policy of the City to minimize the expenditures associated with its use of motor vehicles to the greatest extent possible.

C.

It is the policy of the City to maintain in active service all City vehicles, so long as it is economically feasible to keep them in service, unless those vehicles are specifically exempted by the Mayor.
