§ 704. Programming restrictions.

The following material shall not be broadcast by TGOV:

A.

Any obscene or salacious material as determined, if necessary, by the Chairman of the TGOV Coordinating Committee;

B.

Any partisan, political material; or

C.

Any material which violates Federal, State or local law.
