§ 706. General broadcast approach and schedule.

TGOV shall use and broadcast a variety of techniques to fulfill its established objectives, including:

A.

Live, original programming;

B.

Tape delayed, original programming;

C.

Electronic bulletin boards;

D.

Original, pre-produced programming;

E.

Acquired, pre-produced programming;

F.

Live, video streaming; and

G.

On-Demand, taped delays.

TGOV shall broadcast twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Broadcasts shall be repeated daily or as appropriate (e.g., every four (4), six (6) or eight (8) hours), depending upon programming availability and perceived public interest.
