§ 103. Date for hearing.

The Council shall, in its resolution, set a date for a hearing on the charges contained therein, at which time the franchise holder shall have the right to show cause why the franchise should not be annulled or canceled. The hearing shall be set on a date not less than ten (10) days nor more than twenty (20) days after the passage of the resolution, and may be held at a regular meeting of the Council or at a special meeting called in the manner provided by the Charter.
