(NOTE 2: On February 14, 1989, the citizens of Tulsa approved an Amended Charter of the City of Tulsa to take effect at twelve o'clock noon [12:00 p.m.] on the 8th day of May, 1990. Pursuant to the provisions of the Amended Charter, all references in this chapter to the City Auditor shall mean City Clerk, and all references to the Board of Commissioners shall mean the legislative body of the City. The City's right to terminate any franchise and to purchase the physical property of the franchise holder is contained in Section 9, Article VIII of the Amended Charter.)
