§ 306. Regulation of service.

A.

The distribution system of the Grantee shall at all times be installed, operated and maintained in such condition as will enable the Grantee to furnish adequate and continuous service in accordance with (1) good and accepted practice; (2) as required by the regulatory orders, rules and regulations of the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma; and (3) all federal laws and regulations.

B.

In the event that the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma or other state regulatory authority should be deprived of the authority to regulate Grantee, then the City shall have the authority to set rates, terms and conditions of service for transportation, distribution or sale of natural gas by Grantee within the corporate limits of the City of Tulsa.
