§ 310. Grantee's rules and regulations.

The Grantee shall have the right to make and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations as it may deem necessary for the extension of its facilities, the sale of its natural gas and the prudent conduct of its business, provided that such rules and regulations shall neither be in conflict with the laws of the state of Oklahoma, the orders, rules or regulations of the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma or other regulatory authority, nor with the ordinances and regulations of the City insofar as they are consistent with the jurisdiction of the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma or other regulatory authority.
