§ 316. Acceptance and effective date.

In the event this Ordinance is approved by a majority vote of said electors voting hereon at said special election, the Grantee shall file with the City Clerk of the City of Tulsa, within ten (10) business days after the official canvass of the votes and declaration by the governing body of the results thereof, a written acceptance of this franchise. This Ordinance shall become effective and operative on the date of filing of such acceptance.
