Ordinance No. 13985 granting Public Service Company an easement and right-of-way over, under, across and through the following described property situated in the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, state of Oklahoma, is continued in force according to its terms:

A portion of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Township 20 North, Range 13 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and more particularly described as follows: The East 20 feet of the South 435 feet of the Southwest 1/4, Southeast 1/4, Section 25; Township 20 North; Range 13 East, said tract containing .20 acres more or less.
