§ 622. Kentube Company Grant.

Ordinance No. 10090 granting the Kentube Company, its successors and assigns, the right to construct, operate and maintain a spur track in, on, over and across Elwood Avenue south of West 41st Street in the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and to extend across Elwood Avenue approximately seven-hundred seventy (770′) feet south of the center line of West 41st Street, more particularly shown on the plat thereof on file in the Office of the City Clerk is continued in force according to its terms.
