§ 300. Definitions.

A.

Human excreta shall mean the bowel and kidney discharges of human beings.

B.

Sanitary water closet shall mean the flush-type toilet which is connected with a sewer line of sufficient capacity and so constructed as to carry away the contents at all times.

C.

Sanitary pit privy shall mean a privy which is built, rebuilt or constructed so as to conform to the specifications approved by the State Health Department and does not include septic tanks.
