§ 100. Contractor's insurance and bonds.

Any and all persons, firms or corporations awarded a contract by the City of Tulsa for the doing of any public construction work shall, before such work is commenced and before such contract is executed and approved by the City, procure a contractor's performance bond, a statutory labor and materialmen's payment bond and a maintenance bond, the latter of which shall run for one (1) year from the date of acceptance of the work by the City. The contractor shall also procure general liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance and an owner's protective liability insurance policy as prescribed in Section 101 herein.
