§ 108. Inventory.

It shall be the duty of the City Attorney to prepare and keep a current, complete inventory of all books, fixtures or other property belonging to the Legal Department. He shall file a copy of the inventory with the Mayor. He shall not permit any of the property in his possession to be removed from the premises in his charge, except by officers or employees of the City in which case he shall take a receipt and require the return of the property within a reasonable time.
