§ 304. Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, fees and assessments. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
