§ 403. Accounting and reporting.

Every person described herein shall provide to the Authority, on or before the last day of the calendar month, a verified report ("fuel flow report") in a form provided by Authority of all fuel received from a fuel supplier, as well as fuel consumed, sold or dispensed by the person at the airport, including fuel which is exempt from the fuel flow fee, during the preceding calendar month. A late fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) will be assessed for fuel flow reports not received by Authority by the due date.
