§ 1101. Required regulatory permit and fee.

Each person operating a pawnbroker's business shall obtain a permit for a fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per annum for each such business, payable in advance to the Director of Finance on or before October 1. The Director shall issue the permit.
