§ 1501. License and permit required.

A.

It shall constitute a nuisance and shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, association, partnership or joint venture to maintain, operate or manage within the corporate limits of the City of Tulsa a youth recreational facility without first obtaining a license therefor as provided herein.

B.

It shall be unlawful for any person to manage or serve as supervisory personnel who is not an adult possessing a youth recreational facility operator permit.
