 Chapter 15. YOUTH RECREATIONAL FACILITY

  § 1509. License and permit fees, renewals, replacements.

  • A.

    A license shall be issued by the Director to a qualified applicant upon payment of an annual fee of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).

    B.

    A youth recreational facility operator permit shall be issued by the Director to a qualified applicant upon payment of an annual fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00).

    C.

    Upon the expiration of a license or permit issued hereunder, and upon the payment of the annual license or permit fee, the Director shall issue a renewal license or permit to those whose licenses or permits have not been revoked, and who have otherwise complied with the provisions of this chapter. Any licensee or permittee whose application for renewal is more than sixty (60) days past the expiration date, must reapply as a new applicant.

    D.

    In the event of loss of permit, a duplicate permit shall be issued to the permittee by the Director upon payment by the permittee of a Five Dollar ($5.00) fee. The duplicate permit shall be valid for the unexpired period of the original permit.
