§ 1512. Display of license or permit.

A.

Every youth recreational facility holding a license issued hereunder shall place and exhibit the same at all times in some conspicuous place upon the licensed premises.

B.

Every person issued a recreation center operator permit, while on duty, shall have the permit on his or her person or within the premises, and shall present the permit upon demand by any law enforcement officer.
