§ 1516. Penalty.

Any person, firm, corporation, association, partnership or joint venture, or operator, co-operator, manager, employee or member thereof who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) and/or by imprisonment in the City jail for not more than ninety (90) days. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
