§ 1708. Suspension.

  • The Chief of Police shall recommend suspension of a license for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if he determines that a licensee or an employee who exercises supervisory control of, or manages or operates a sexually oriented business, has:

    A.

    Violated or is not in compliance with Sections 1706, 1712 or 1714 of this chapter;

    B.

    Refused to allow an inspection of the sexually oriented business premises as authorized by this chapter;

    C.

    Knowingly permitted gambling by any person on the sexually oriented business premises;

    D.

    Demonstrated inability to operate or manage a sexually oriented business in a peaceful and law-abiding manner, thus necessitating action by law enforcement officers;

    E.

    Permitted on the premises low-point beer as defined in 37 O.S.Supp.1996, § 163.2, in violation of 37 O.S.Supp.1996, §§ 213.1 or 213.2;

    F.

    Permitted on the premises alcoholic beverages as defined in 37 O.S.Supp.1996, § 506, in violation of 37 O.S.Supp.1996, § 537.2; or

    G.

    Permitted on the premises low-point beer, as defined in 37 O.S.Supp.1996, § 163.2, without a valid permit to sell low-point beer as set forth in 37 O.S.Supp.1996, § 163.7.
