§ 1800. Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided in this title, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this title, either by doing anything which is prohibited or by failure or refusal to do anything which is commanded, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, and/or by imprisonment in the City jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
