§ 101. Duties of the Mayor.

The issuance of all licenses, collection of all license fees, inspection of all licenses, enforcement of license conditions and revocation of license shall be under the jurisdiction of the Mayor, except where such duties are placed elsewhere by the provision prescribing the particular license. The Mayor may delegate these responsibilities to the Director of Finance or other duly authorized representative.
