§ 103. Issuance.

Any applicant for a license as provided by this title shall make application on forms provided by the Director of Finance; and all such licenses shall be issued by the Director of Finance. No license shall be issued until all conditions prescribed by the Revised Ordinance of the City of Tulsa have been met. It shall be unlawful for any person to falsify information in such application.
