§ 105. Denial, appeal.

Any person whose application for a license is denied shall have the right to appeal the denial to the Council. Such appeal, unless another procedure is prescribed herein, shall be taken within ten (10) days from the date of refusal by filing with the City Clerk a written request for such appeal, and the Council shall hear the appeal at its next available meeting.
