§ 107. Payment of fees; prorations; refunds; penalty for late renewal.
A.
All license or permit fees shall be paid in advance for the license or permit period for which issued. The form of payment for a particular license, whether cash, check or otherwise, shall be in the discretion of the Director of Finance. A license or permit may be prorated on a quarterly basis, unless otherwise provided by ordinance; provided, however, that the prorated license or permit fee shall not be less than Five Dollars ($5.00). There shall be no refund of license or permit fees paid, unless otherwise provided by ordinance.
B.
If a license expires and is not renewed within fourteen (14) days after the expiration date, the licensee shall pay a penalty of Five Dollars ($5.00) for each thirty (30) day period or fraction thereof thereafter until the license is renewed; provided, however, that the penalty shall not exceed twice the cost of the license fee. No penalty shall be prorated. No penalty shall be assessed if the license fee is regulated by Oklahoma statutes.
