§ 110. License display.

It shall be the duty of any person having obtained a license for any authorized purpose, to have the license placed or posted in a secure manner in some public place on the premises occupied and used for such purpose where the license may be readily seen at any time by any person entering such premises. Any licensee who does not occupy any certain premises for the conduct of such licensed business shall carry his license on his person and shall display it whenever requested. Any person required by ordinance to have a license shall be required upon request to exhibit such license to any duly authorized license inspector or police officer of the City of Tulsa.
